TE Connectivity's Board Approves Recommendation to Raise Annualized Dividend by 14 Percent to $1.32 Per Share

Fifth Consecutive Year of Double-Digit Increases

SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland, Dec. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The TE Connectivity Ltd. (NYSE: TEL) Board of Directors today approved a recommendation to increase the company's quarterly dividend by 14 percent, from $0.29 to $0.33 per share, for the four fiscal quarters starting in April 2015, the beginning of the third fiscal quarter. The recommendation would raise the company's dividend by 14 percent, from the annual rate of $1.16 per share to $1.32 per share, and will be presented for shareholder approval at the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 3, 2015. The recommendation represents the fifth consecutive year of double-digit increases to the company's annual dividend rate.
